No, not at all. Neither are they any African tribe nor the camouflaged human species on the earth. They (or we) are just among us who are so conscious about the people and things happening around them. They experience more emotional and physical pain than others.

Empaths are the curious bunch with the traits like loving to learn and get confirmation on their 'suspicion', 'hinches' or 'feelings' and being loved. Most of them are introverted

1. Faketards:

Empaths just know stuff, without being told. They know if someone is being too friendly or courteous to them but has a fake tag on their back. And would try to keep a significant distance from them by having a very short talk and genuine gestures. 

2. Vexatious People:

Social gatherings, market places, malls, stations, colleges where there are lots of people around busy in their lives can fill the empaths with vexed emotions.

They would feel that the group sitting on the next table in a restaurant is talking about them and feel awkward. 

3. Overexcited People:

Some people just can not keep it to themselves, whether they have an interview tomorrow or if they have read or being told about something new (as per their narrow knowledge). They would tell everyone about the fantasies they are developing of dating a girl/guy whom they might have had a little successful talk with.

The empaths would be observing them from the very first and must be filling irritated and exhausted at them.

4. The "No-No" ones:

Yes, there are people who are always trying to avoid their responsibilities and are also creating negativity among others by spreading 'no-no' vibes.The empaths can smell them from a mile. Thy would try to teach them but would also keep a distance so that they will not get affected from the vibes.

5. Liketards:

They just know their lookalikes from their intuitive feelings and would try to get into their emotions and feel the trouble they are going through.

 6. FRIENDS: 

Being loved and getting acknowledged for their doings are among the traits of the empaths.

They would love if someone could read their head and feel their emotions or sufferings without being told. Even if someone is telling them right things in the life but in a rude way, they would listen to them with respect, they just know who their true friends are!
